This review will serve as my high recommendation of Real Estate Agent Brett Harrington. He assisted me with the purchase of a lot in March/April 2022. He was very friendly, helpful and extremely responsive to my questions often responding immediately to my late night emails. He showed very high integrity and honesty which is very hard to find now a days and he always was keeping my best interest in mind. Overall I had a very good experience with Brett Harrington and it was a pleasure working with him.

Brett is very professional and is knowledgeable about buying and selling houses. The best part of Brett is that he goes above and beyond to help you sell and/or buy a house. He responds right away, he’s on top of anything that comes up, and has it figured out right away. We never had to worry that we were forgetting something because Brett was always a step ahead. You won’t regret getting Brett as your real estate agent.

Brett was amazing to work with! He helped us with both the sale of our condo and purchase of a new home. His presentation/listing of our condo was very professionally done and I believe was a large part of the reason we received such a great price. In a challenging market with very low inventory, he went above and beyond to help find us a place to buy. He was always quick to respond to any communication from us and walked us through all of the intricate steps of buying/selling at the same time.
