We were very lucky to the Martin Team represent us in the sale of our house as well as the purchase of our new house. Brent & Blaine did a great job marketing our house and ensuring we had lots of interest in our property! The contact they had with other agents, the positioning of our house for sale (price, timing and presentation) and the constant updates on sale progress were great! We ended up having a large number of showings and offers and sold for what we thought was a great price (more than we expected)! Brent & Blaine were VERY patient with us in the search of our new home as we had several specific wishes and expectations (size, location, condition, type etc.) and even though our search was a lengthy one (really until we were ready to move) they were always very positive and open to showing us houses and were there to offer their thoughts as to how a house would or would not fit us and why! In the end we purchased a "perfect" house for us! My father was in real estate for a long time and I know that having an agent who values you as a client before, during and after you sale is important! Brent & Blaine went over and above for us and helped us have a great sale and buy experience so much so that our son had them sell his house and help him in the purchase of his family home! Thanks!!!
