My wife and I recently used Brent Sheppard with MaxWell Realty to sell our home and purchase a new one. We decided to move from a different bedroom community outside of Calgary. A new listing hit the market that we knew we had to go and see. Unfortunately, Brent was out of town. Rather than postponing the viewing, Brent raced back to meet us. He was able to secure us the first viewing, and after seeing the house we knew we had to make an offer. Brent negotiated and closed on the house that evening, under the list price to boot.
