Brent was great. He is very personable and shows he cares. Spent a lot time with us understanding our needs and style of home we wanted. What we really liked is his quick response to any questions or homes we liked and the research he did on properties prior to viewing so we had some idea of the home and the neighborhood. Knows the local market. Is up on all the zoning. Guided us through everything we would need for the purchase. Even had contacts we could use in the trades for upgrades. We would highly recommend Brent on any searches or purchases you are considering.
