Brennan, and John Knaus, did a great job getting our house sold in a difficult economy. Our house had been on sale for a year so we were unsure of a quick sale. The guys made it happen.

Was a smooth process, Brennan knowledge when looking at house is remarkable and he points everything good and bad and fixable and unique. He's prompt on getting paperwork done. If he couldn't make time he ensured someone from his team was looking after us.
