With the purchasers we worked very hard to get us the best deal possible. When we found a house we liked, he arranged a showing very fast and once again he helped us find our new home. Brenden is a calm professional…his demeanour puts one at ease. One can ask or discuss any/all issues with him without any qualms. He acted very professionally throughout the buy/sell process. He was courteous and an avid listener (I sometime ramble on). I sold my property and bought a property through Brenden. Throughout the process, Brenden advised and informed me about what was happening at the time and what was the best option to take. He had my interests at heart. An example of this was when two offers came in a few hours apart for the sale of my house and Brenden walked through both offers in detail and helped me make a decision. He communicated my wishes explicitly to the buyers and explained the conditions the buyers had on the offer to me. He took me to see whatever property I wanted (I saw quite a few before I made a decision) and recommended a few too. He is very observant and noted flaws and pointed out what could be improved on each property we visited, including location and viability of transportation. He was not pushy, nor did he show any hesitation in walking through certain clauses I did not fully comprehend. In addition, he went out of his way to help me set things right (I thought the thermostat was not working) in the condo I bought. When asked, he sent me lists of contact people for the various aspects of my move (e.g. lawyers, painter) which was beyond his call of duty. I built a good rapport with him and would highly recommend his services, as well as Neuhouzz, to anyone needing to buy/sell a property.
