March 2024 it was decided that our family would make the move to Kelowna. There was so much to consider and leaving our very established home was a difficult decision. The difficulty was greatly reduced with the amazing focus, commitment and energy put in by Brenden Flundra of NeuHouzz Real Estate. We had a lot of boxes that needed to be ticked with a specific budget and 6 very unique personalities for him to work with. Brenden went above and beyond making sure we found the home that would satisfy all. We are so very happy with our new home and neighbourhood and we know we could not have been this successful without his guidance. What I particularly appreciated was that Brenden is really knowledgeable and a great communicator; selling my parents' house involved some unfamiliar logistical (and emotional) challenges, and I felt like Brenden was a very capable guide through the process.
