We spent about a year browsing for a house - half of that year with a baby - and Brendan always friendly, patient and very helpfully arranging viewings and going with us, sometimes on very short notice. When we finally found the house we wanted, Brendan calmly set up the bidding strategy, and we swooped in and secured the bid for less than we initially estimated, with minimal stress for us. Once the bid was secured, Brendan took care of lining up all the inspections for us and going through the final paperwork, always ready to answer any questions we had.
