Brenda was super helpful when helping us find a house! We were in a time crunch as our previous house sold and we needed something quite quickly. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and will help in any way she can. She knew about things in the houses we looked at and if we chose that house if it was cost effective to fix or if we should move onto the next showing. She was always available when we needed her. She also steered us away from some things that could be troublesome for us with the houses we looked at. She has many connections to Mortgage brokers, lawyers, inspectors ect. that you need. You wont be disappointed. If you are looking to sell or buy, run don't walk to Brenda! Oh by the way she even helped us pack!! We at the time had a 1 year old, I had just graduated from my program, lost a family member and then had to pack up and move all within a couple weeks. She was extremely good with our little one! Again if you are planning to sell or need to buy Brenda is your lady. Run...... don't walk!!

I don't even know where to start from, Brenda is more than just a realtor ..I meet her when my family started house hunting and I was really glad and forever grateful I did. The housing market was really a hot game at this time , but with Brenda by our side , is was a smooth ride . She is so honest, trustworthy, always available to help anytime anyday . Ready to assist even on last minute notice . Brenda is one of a kind. I have worked with realtors before , but Brenda is just so so different . She will make me feel loved and comfortable; giving you all the attention and time. She deals with the whole process as if she is actually the one getting the house .. till we got our dream house, she is always 100%..thinking outside the box , making sure we don't make an offer that is outrageous or overpay for a highly overpriced houses . She is so knowledgeable, punctual and amazing . My family calls her Our guarding angel. 😆 I wish I can scream it to the whole world .. BRENDA IS THE BEST , trust me . I will definitely be recommending her to all my friends and family needing her services and also for all my future property dealings. Once again, she is an amazing soul .
