She made us feel confident in our decision, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her help.

Brenda is great to work with! She is focussed and direct and we trusted her completely on both the sales we worked with her on (one of which was a complicated commercial purchase). No one knows the island better and no one is more professional. She gets things done and she's fun to hang out with. We would work with her again in a heart beat!

For nearly two years, Brenda Dean assisted my husband and I in our exhaustive search for the perfect property on Mayne Island. We found her to be honest and genuine, and trusted her opinions with regard to the homes we were seeing - including whether or not they were priced fairly. Often I would inquire about a listing and she would suggest that it wasn't the right home for us; she truly knew what we wanted: it had to be bright, sunny, private, not too big, not too small, in our preferred neighbourhood, etc. When the ideal property appeared, she knew before we even saw it that it was the one. Throughout the entire buying process, we felt that Brenda was advocating for us. We inundated her with questions, texts, emails, etc. and she always responded immediately and with good humour. On no occasion was Brenda unavailable - we honestly wonder if she ever sleeps. We also used Brenda's services to sell our existing cottage on Mayne Island and the entire experience went perfectly. When an offer came in for our cottage that she felt was too low, we rejected it. We appreciated her resolve and trusted her when she expressed her conviction that our house was worth more, and that it was priced accurately. A few weeks later a good offer came in and now it's sold. We are thrilled with how quickly everything went. We bought the home of our dreams and sold our existing cottage all within 7 or 8 weeks - what a great summer. We cannot recommend Brenda highly enough - The attention to detail with regard to her listings - the photos, video presentations, materials provided for potential buyers, etc - is admirable, and shows a genuine commitment to her clients. Brenda Dean is a conscientious, hard working individual, and a sincere pleasure to work with.
