I felt that Brenda was very knowledgeable about the Mayne Island real estate market. She was always pleasant and helpful. I was very confident that all the required procedures would be carried out and the required paperwork completed.

I had an excellent experience with Brenda who is a very hands-on real estate agent. We live in Victoria, but the property we were selling was on Mayne Island. Brenda assisted us with finding local people to do the junk removal and clean up of the house and property and she supervised their work for us. Having her as part of our team made it an excellent real estate experience. She also sold the house for us on the very first viewing which was stunning. She went to put up a For Sale sign and a neighbour approached her and expressed an interest in viewing the house. A couple of days later the viewing took place and they made an offer right away and after that it was just a matter of hours before the property was sold to them. We had a great experience with Brenda and would heartily recommend her.
