Brenda is a pleasure to work with - she helped us find and purchase our dream home and sell our previous home, all in a matter of weeks.

Brenda first impressed us by being on time at her first rendez-vous...She was always on time afterwards and if not available, promptly returned phone calls. Was most helpful in finding the trades men we needed, obtained the documents required to do the septic tank and field replacement, co-ordinated the work and kept us informed on the progress. She was always available to answer our questions. The signing sessions were all done electronically and very easy to do mainly because she guided us through the process. My husband and I have sold/bought close to 10 properties and though we were always well served, Brenda is on top of the list.

Brenda was my agent for the purchase of a property on Mayne Island, which was complicated by my absence from the island during most of the proceedings. But with her knowledge, contacts, and ready support, it all worked out to my satisfaction. Even after closing, she continued to help me organize things for my moving in and setting up. It seems Brenda has a solution for everything!

We had the pleasure of working with Brenda in November, 2020. We were looking to make a quick move and, even though she was on vacation, Brenda responded to our inquiries and set everything up. Brenda has been on the island for many years which is so helpful, especially as we were moving from the city. She is kind and welcoming; I knew we were good hands when I saw my 4 yr old walking around the back yard holding Brenda’s hand. She put us as ease.
