Her wide network and recommendations on staging paid off with a successful open house and multiple showings! She was able to negotiate a great price in a tough market when selling our home while making great research-based suggestions on the list price. She was always well prepared with knowledge of both my property and neighbourhood to answer any questions that came up. I had a great experience with Brenda. She was extremely knowledgeable about both the neighbourhoods we were interested in and the quickly changing real estate market and trends. She was prompt to reply to all messages in a friendly and professional manner. She was also able to build a rapport with the other agent in order to negotiate and get us the best price on our home. She never hesitated to contact other agents when we had questions. She listened to any concerns or feedback we had about the properties we looked at and was always available to schedule a visit that worked with our busy life.
