I've been house hunting (first time home buyer) for ~3 years, and Brandon was one of the first realtors that I met when I first started looking for a home. Over the course of those 3 years, Brandon was very patient and a huge help. I often needed to tweek/change my email updates (eg. new budget, new neighbourhood, etc) as I learned more about Vancouver, and Brandon was very supportive and fast to make the changes. When I finally found the home I wanted to buy, Brandon again was very attentive and made the process easy and as stress-free as possible! I felt that I had his undivided attention every step of the way, and he helped walk me through the negotiation, subjects, and helped explain what all the closing dates meant. I recommend Brandon to all my FTHB friends, even if they already have a realtor, becasue Brandon was fantastic. We even got a beautiful "welcome home" basket which was above and beyond what we expected. Brandon, I'll see you soon for home #2!

A great young man with a super attitude and focus on pricing our condo correctly and marketing it well. We sold in 5 days. I don't think it would have gone as well with anyone else. Highly recommend Brandon!

Brandon helped me finding our very first home. It was NOT a easy process thanks to the SELLER'S realtor who really shouldn't be a realtor. Brandon not only spent extra time and energy to take care of the mess, but also made sure I am informed. He was professional and super friendly throughout the whole process - I honestly think my purchase wouldn't even possible if I didn't have him. I highly recommend Brandon. We were so fortunate to have Brandon as our Realtor. He is really Professional, Organised & HARDWORKING!!!  As a first time home buyer, he educated us well with all the aspects of buying. He was very patient and didn't rush us into buying anything we didn't like. In fact he made us see many condos varying from old to new & also introduced us to new neighborhoods. This really made our purchase easy. Once our deal went through, his team emailed us next steps at each stage, for e.g. recommendations for home inspection companies, lawyers, mortgage brokers, etc.  The best part about working with Brandon was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice & boosting our confidence when we were hesitant in decision making.
