Brandon has helped me buy tow properties, and sell three. He was exactly corect on sales prices in all transactions. He went the extra mile helping me sell the properties. Actually, I got to know him when his was the listing agent on a property I was buying. I was attempted to sell the property I had by myself and had been struggling with it for 2 months. He said he could sell it with his commission ON TOP of my asking price. I tried him out with a 1 month contract and he had a full-price offer in less than 48 hours! His advice on staging and propping the properties for sale was excellent, and right on.
