Brandon was great to work with and always happy to help. He provided all the additional information we needed to make our decision. He went out of the way to provide support with all that we needed to make the transaction a breeze!

Brandon was great! We were very passively keeping an eye on the market, not serious about moving. We saw a property that checked all our boxes and figured we may as well go look. We loved the house, but would need to sell our current house and it wasn't ready for to be put on the market. With some elbow grease and Brandon's positive attitude, we were able to get in on the market pretty quick. Shortly after, the house we went to see sold. We were ready to give up but then Brandon found us another incredible property and was able to get a conditional offer accepted at a steal of a price. Unfortunately, we weren't able to sell our house at the price we needed in time and we lost that deal. Again, ready to give up, Brandon found us another property and locked in another great price and was able to find us a buyer on our property at a price that worked. I've been a Sales Manager for over a decade, and let me tell you, that type of tenacity can't be taught. He was persistent, patient and had a positive attitude throughout the entire process. We were a hard close and he made it happen.

A VERY attentive agent with energy to spare. Takes the time to size up his customer and develope a good rapport. Great communication skills with a wheel and deal style. He sees things as they are and tactfully provides feedback as needed. He knows a good deal when he sees it! I would recommend him highly.
