Brad was there with us through every step of our home buying process. Since we were first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions (even very simple stuff) but Brad spends time in answering all of these questions. He was very responsive and explained to us each step.

Brad was exceptional from before we even met him in real time. Was very knowledgeable, went above and beyond for every question and thought we had, he was prepared. Very friendly, made the whole transition of a cross country move flawless !
