It was really great working with Brad. Buying or selling a home can be really stressful but I can honestly say that my wife and actually enjoyed the experience. Brad helped us sell our condo in PoCo a few years ago, and just helped us sell our home in Maple Ridge and buy a new one in Mission. Brad always had a very calm but realistic approach. It did take us a while to find our new home, but there was never and pressure from Brad. He knew what we were looking for and stuck with us until we found it. We also sold very quickly both times and got a good price. I would highly recommend Brad to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Brad was great to work with! He helped us sell our condo in a tough market and provided sound advice when we got into a multi-offer situation on the home we wanted to buy. We were the successful offer on that home and have moved to our new place. Brad was quick at communicating, and was a huge asset when we did home walk throughs. You can tell he knows what he is doing and he always asked the right questions and noticed the little things in the homes we viewed.
