Brad went truly above and beyond to get us into our dream home! From the very start, we knew we were in good hands. He answered every question not just confidently but also honestly. He was knowledgeable about the market, attentive to our taste and exhaustive wish list, and incredibly patient while we toured many (many!) homes before finding the right one. Once we found what we were looking for, Brad was determined to make it happen for us. With a tight timeline and a firm budget, the odds were against us, but Brad was more than capable. He mobilized a team of stagers along with a professional photographer to get our house show-ready in record time. He then filled the calendar with private showings and open houses despite the slowness of the summer market. Along the way, Brad made us feel like we were his only clients, giving us updates daily and constantly coming up with ideas to generate new interest until we got the sale. To top it off, Brad is genuinely kind and fun to be around, so the stress of house buying/selling was undoubtedly dampened thanks to him. While we hope to be in our new home for a long (long!) time, he will certainly be our first call when the time comes to move again. We cannot recommend Brad highly enough! 6 stars out of 5!
