Brad was a wonderful agent who is very knowledgeable about the Markham/Unionville area. He was exceptional when he sold our house of 30 years to downsize to condo living. We asked a lot of him getting the deal done in a 48 hour window to make sure the numbers worked buying and selling. i would not hesitate to use him again.

Brad is on top of the market and exceptional when it comes to closing a transaction. He knows the market and is a professional when it comes to dealing with both the buyer and seller.

We chose Brad after many talks with other agents to buy a house, after one full year of looking he found us a great place in Port Perry that fit all our every needs. He then sold our house in 1 week over asking in Cornell with multiple homes in our area still on the marked for months before and after our deal closed.
