We have bought twice and sold once (within three weeks of listing!), all with Bob as our realtor. Bob is an excellent communicator. He listens to you and understands your purchasing power and needs quickly. He has lived in Whistler for over 30 years, and understands the pros and cons of every area. We appreciated he never pushed us outside the market price range we were interested in, unless we suggested. He gave us space to digest and view properties, without overselling. He has a very comfortable manner, while still very professional and to the point. Any emails or phone calls we made were answered promptly. We would never consider working with anyone else!
