Bob Cameron is an outstanding real estate professional! We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to enter or relocate within the Whistler real estate market. His professional skills and integrity are beyond reproach He is organized, knowledgeable and a super communicator. He was ALWAYS available to answer our questions and ALWAYS able to get us a showing for in-demand properties. We can confidently say that without Bob's superior negotiating skills we would not have been the successful purchasers of very own Whistler retreat. Bob is not an "in-your face" kind of person. He presents as being very calm and laid back, but boy did he spring into action when we found the perfect condo! In a mere 48 hours on an Easter weekend during Covid (when Whistler had closed early for the season due to the pandemic) Bob set aside his own plans to show us the property, put together a great offer on our behalf and make us the successful purchasers in a multiple offer situation. We were able to act fast once we found the right condo because Bob had done a great job of educating us about everything we needed to know about Whistler in order to move fast: pros/cons of different neighbourhoods, real estate trends/market conditions, things to be aware of and look for when viewing properties. Bob always made sure that we had timely access to all of the pre-purchase documents to ensure that we could make thoughtful and informed decisions. For us the purchase of a a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo in the Wildwood complex on Spearhead Drive in the very desirable, ski-in/ski-out Benchlands neighbour in the Upper Village was a dream come true. Once we had a signed offer Bob stayed in close contact to guide us through the closing and possession process and beyond. He is able to recommend trustworthy local vendors and tradespeople to match our decorating and renovating requirements. I thought buying a house during a world wide pandemic would be the most stressful time of our life but honestly it has been a very smooth experience and i believe the main reason for that is having Bob as our realtor. Bob was patient, gave great advice and was always available to answer any crazy request or questions we had. During our experience of house hunting Bob constantly kept us up to date with any new inventory that matched our criteria and was happy to organize viewings and give his honest opinion when asked.
