Aside from taking the leap to sell our house, using Bob Dhalla was the best real estate decision we have made to date. Selling your house is one of those things in life you can't fully appreciate until you're in the thick of it. I couldn't imagine having to go through this process with someone other than Bob. From the very beginning he was kind, patient, informative and respectful of our decisions and right to be informed. He truly is a family man and I felt that he had our back from the start. He made us feel like we were in control of the entire process. He always shared his honest and professional opinion on things, but ultimately respected our choices in the decision making process. Never once did we ever feel there was a question he couldn't answer or pressure to make a decision that we didn't feel was right. He was always honest and transparent and available to ease our minds at all times. Bob was incredibly involved and ensured we always felt as at ease as possible. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt as stress free as possible, even going as far to check in, bring a coffee and a smile and make sure we were ok. I cannot stress enough how much we didn't realize how much actually goes into selling your home and unfortunately, throughout the process we really saw a lot of unprofessionalism with other agents and every time we had a negative experience I took a sigh of relief really seeing how lucky we were to have Bob. Bob was always professional, relatable and eased our minds when things got stressful. Of course selling your home is not a process you want to do often, but if I were to do it again there is no question it would be Bob's sign in my front lawn. Having someone you can rely on, feel comfortable with and TRUST is what you need and I can honestly and wholeheartedly say that Bob Dhalla is all of those things.
