My wife and I had a great experience finding and buying a house with Blair in Victoria. We met in November and looked at a few houses although we were clear that we could not buy until we'd sold in the spring. Blair sent us a daily list of houses and over the next few months we perused properties online as we lived in the Interior. When the time came to look in earnest, Blair met us in Victoria on a Saturday at 11:00 and by 3:00 he was writing up an offer for us! He stayed very calm as we battled docusign, cell phone issues, etc. Lo and behold: we got the house! Us knowing what we wanted and Blair's competence and years of experience combined with the seller's good decision (!) made for an astonishingly smooth purchase for us.
