I have used Bill as a realtor for the sale of my home (4 years ago) and the recent purchase of a condo townhome. Bill is an experienced, professional realtor with strong knowledge of the Ottawa housing market. It took me almost 1.5 years to find the right property to purchase. Bill was patient and encouraging throughout this time. I never felt pressured and he provided valuable insight into a few of the properties I was considering. I strongly recommend Bill as a realtor for those buying or selling.
