Bernie went above and beyond in the selling of my moms condo. From my very first phone call to him during a very difficult time for myself and my mom he assisted, guided, advised, and helped in any way he could. He was sensitive and caring of our situation, extremely hard working. His attention to detail is truly amazing. I learned so much from him and I would 100% recommend Bernie. Bernie, I truly can’t thank you enough for guiding us through this and for selling my moms condo so quickly and at a price she is extremely happy with.

We dealt with Bernie as the listing agent on the property we purchased and initially had a good experience at the start of the purchasing process. Where he fell short, we feel, was in the customer service side of the transaction. We experienced miscommunication during negotiations and through a follow up discussion found he continually interrupted us without addressing our concerns. On our most exciting day of taking possession, we did not hear from Bernie but had to contact him to confirm a time to meet for transfer of keys. We then discovered that the garage opener was not in the house and when Bernie dropped off, he did so advising the battery was dead so we would have to replace. We recognize that in the big picture these are small items but having bought and sold several homes we feel the overall experience with Bernie was disappointing in comparison.
