Bernie made the process of selling my home easy. Prior to listing I was very worried and anxious about the market. Bernie was able to calm my fears and sold my home fast for the price I expected! He is knowledgeable and experienced! I recommend him fully!

I have nothing but great things to say about Bernie Fitterer. I am very picky when it comes to buying homes and apartments and I like to view a lot of properties. Luckily, Bernie was very patient and genuinely seemed to care more about me getting what I really wanted than the time it took to get there. What's more, he seemed to enjoy the experience just as much as I did. Bernie has great people skills and is very easy to get along with. He worked extra hard to solve any challenges that came up and even when he went on vacation, made sure that his partner was available for any showings. What's more, the property I chose was available on short notice and Bernie closed my deal while still on his vacation with his wife. More than I could have hoped for. I strongly recommend Bernie Fitterer to anyone wishing to buy a property in the Edmonton area. I will be using him exclusively from now on.
