Ben was a great agent for us. He sold our house for us in two days and required very few showings to do so. He always got back to us in a timely manner and was able to work with our schedule for our appointments when looking at other houses. Ben also provided someone who helped us stage our house and used a professional photographer when taking pictures to sell our house. He did an excellent job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He is very trustworthy and was always looking out for our own interests above and beyond his own.

Ben is an incredible real estate agent, always really easy to get in touch, and super quick to return emails, texts and phone calls. It took us several days of research to find our home, and because we were living far at the time, he dedicated entire days for us, and we never felt rushed. Ben was awesome at pointing out flaws in the homes we visited so we could easily make an informed decision. But most of all, what made Ben a great agent to work with for us, was our particular situation. I had fell in love with this older home, and Ben worried there was too many problems with it for my husband and I's first home. He still supported us and organized professionals to come see the home to give us an estimations of cost and repairs, and he always was honest with us, and gave us all the information so we could make our decision. Long story short it was difficult and emotional, and I changed my mind a few times, but no matter what, Ben was extremely supportive, and patient with us. At the end, after all this work, we had to walk away from that older home, and Ben said it was no problem at all. He organized a whole bunch of new houses to visit a few days later and that day we found our perfect home!

Ben was great! He worked hard for us, including closing our deal on a late night. I would highly recommend Ben to anybody who is buying or selling.

Ben was amazing! We worked with him from a distance until we flew down to look at houses. He was always quick to reply to emails and answer any questions we had (which was a lot). He arranged a wide variety of houses for us to see in one day; he booked the whole day for us and we never felt rushed. He truly cared about helping us find the perfect home that suited our needs. We are extremely happy with our experience and love our new home. We would highly recommend him.
