<p>Ben helped us to sell our condo and purchase a new home. Even during a slumping market he was able to market our condo to potential buyers and get it sold. He has great marketing material and hosts an excellent open house.<br /> While we were waiting for our condo to sell we were diligently looking at houses to purchase...and there were a lot! Ben was extremely patient with us and took the time to learn what our must have's and wants were which helped to narrow down which properties to view. We had a lot to choose from as the market had been flooded with listings but, we just couldn't find the right fit even after seeing 30 properties. Possession day for the buyers of our condo was nearing and things were getting down to the wire and becoming stressful for us as we needed to find a place to live. Ben took action and reached out to all of his connections within the real estate world asking if they had any listings or knew of any that fit our criteria...well it worked and we are now in a home that seems like it was built for us.<br /> Ben is a realtor that remains calm when you are feeling stressed and takes his time to listen and understand. He helps to find exactly what works for you. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell or buy their home.</p>
