Ben Sweet is an extremely professional and knowledgeable Realtor. He helped me sell my Mom's condo after she passed away and was very sensitive to the situation. He listened to what I wanted as far as listing price went and gave good advice on where we should be in the market. I highly recommend Ben Sweet as a Realtor, he has what it takes to get the job done.

We enlisted Ben for his services when purchasing a home in Calgary. We were a lot of work haha. We were coming from out of town, so scheduling can be tricky, but he made himself available without hesitation on our schedule. We really had to cram in a lot of viewings when we came in to ge efficient and he had them set up like dominos! His negotiations were fast and excellent! He got us a great deal! We then had the WORST mortgage experience with our lender oddly, and Ben had to redo the paperwork I can’t even remember how many times.... it was silly. But without complaint and without making us feel annoying he did it. We finally sealed our deal and we would not even consider using anyone else!
