What a blessing to have connected with Ben when we were looking for our place. Without a doubt he knows the market quite well, very professional and confident. A gracious person, easy to talk to making the conversations very comfortable. He gave his honest perspectives while taking considerations of our needs, expectations and constraints. Our transaction was unbelievably smooth despite some needed negotiations and extension of subject removal date due to snow storm that happened on inspection day. He and Goran made sure we were informed and guided in every steps. It was incredibly comfortable dealing with Ben and Goran. Thank you very much to both of you.
