Ben was our realtor by default, we couldn't have been luckier!! Ben showed an immense amount of understanding of the homes we looked at, and if he didn't know something he always got back to us with the missing information. Ben acts as a friend, real estate expert and, at times, a therapist! He was always there for us during a few panic times and never acted as if we'd put him out. During negotiations with the sellers, Ben was so honest with us regarding pricing. I can't imagine having gone through this entire process without Ben! Ben is simply the best! Ben is the best realtor we've ever worked with. He was very attentive and dedicated to finding us something that was perfect for us. When we found our dream home he did an excellent job making sure we got in the best offer we could to beat out the competition, without pressuring us to spend beyond our ability. He offered great unbiased advice and did a great job of pointing things out at houses that we might have otherwise missed, and come possession day made sure everything was as it should be in the home. If we are ever in the market again we will definitely be giving him a call!
