Bailey helped me sell my house and then buy my next one. During the whole process from start to finish Bailey was supportive, knowledgeable and went above and beyond in so many ways - starting with her thorough package for selling or buying a house, her staging team, photographer and house write up. Bailey was there through it all - talking all the offers through and making sure I understood all the details and felt confident in my deal! After selling my house Bailey helped me buy my new house and again went above and beyond when the sellers left the house without the clean it needed, Bailey stepped in, offering to come herself and help clean and ultimately paying for a cleaning team - exceptional support!
