Where to begin!? Bailey is an amazing agent and she WILL go above and beyond for you because she genuinely cares. My husband and I dealt with some very unique situations and she advocated for us every step of the way & put us at ease when it seemed impossible. When we were away in vacation she attended an open house for us, took pictures and, continued to share listing with us while we searched for our dream home. She knew exactly what we wanted and fought hard to keep us in our community so our kids lives didn’t change drastically. And, in the end, we got the house of our dreams. When it felt like it wasn’t going to happen for us, it did. And that’s because of all the work Bailey put in for us - in ways we didn’t even have to ask for. She’s just as invested and committed to your vision as you are. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with her. She holds a special place in our hearts and we are incredibly grateful she supported us in becoming first time homeowners.

As a first time homebuyer I was indecisive and inexperienced. Bailey was so patient- she took me to multiple showings, helped me weigh the pro’s and con’s of each place, and was very knowledgeable about the city of Calgary. She even sent emails outlining the next steps as we got closer to closing time. I trust her wholeheartedly and would recommend her one hundred times over!

She came prepared to every conversation and was always quick to respond to our emails and messages, promptly addressing any items that came up during the process. We will continue to work with Bailey for any future home purchases or sales, and we are very thankful for her help in selling our home.

Bailey was extremely professional and went above the call of duty to help us purchase a condo when we were out of country. She arranged for a remote viewing and provided us with a video tour of the property. She provided insight into current market conditions and answered all of our questions. She was a remarkable realtor and I have already recommended her to friends who may be in the market to sell their properties. We would definitely call her again if we were buying or selling a property in Calgary. 5 stars !

Bailey did an awesome job getting my condo sold surprisingly fast and for above my asking price! She went out of her way to make sure that all my questions were answered, and that the process was easy to fit into my busy schedule. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family, and will use her services again in the future!
