Couldn’t have asked for a better experience dealing with Austin! His knowledge and honesty went a long way in us finding our dream home!!

We used Austin as our realtor to buy our first property in an incredibly challenging market and we cannot say enough good things about him! Austin truly understands the needs of and the challenges faced by millennial first time home buyers. Even though we had a smaller budget, I felt that he went above and beyond to help us find a home that would work for us while guiding us through the process. It’s a sellers market here in YYC- Austin not only walked us through the logistics of the home buying process but he also helped keep our moral up when we were outbid (several times)! He also worked with us to help facilitate the close while we were out of the country- despite some tricky situations, he was always patient and optimistic! Austin approaches his job with integrity, lots of technical and industry knowledge, and a focus on the people he is working for. From the first day we contacted him and he hit the ground running with our property search to delivering a thoughtful gift basket and congratulations when we were in our new home, we knew we made the right choice to work with him! I would highly recommend Austin to anyone, but especially young families, first time millennial home buyers, or anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy realtor to guide them through this major life milestone!

Would recommend Austin to anyone. Here is why: 1. He went above and beyond from what I would expect from a realtor. He physically helped us move furniture and such to take photos of our home, accommodated last minute appointments for viewings, came to do the lights and locks when we were out of town for our showings. He did not bat an eye as our needs changed mid search, nor when we immediately changed our mind about an offer after getting cold feet. He explained WHY we should price our home at a certain amount and had data to back it up. 2. Advertising. Google finds them as one of the first searches for realtors in Calgary. Instead of the crappy one sheets you get when you go to view a home, he printed out proper glossy booklets for ours. We had great photos as well as a drone video on their YouTube channel. Because of their avenues of where to post our listing, we had a ton of interest before we even opened for showings and even got an offer prior to. When we finally opened for showings, we had 3 competing offers by suppertime. Sold over asking price. Recommended Austin to a friend and she had the same thing happen. 3. All of the recommendations he gave us for any sort of services we needed (mortgage, lawyer, etc) were great leads. They were super helpful and we were really happy with them. If you want a realtor who is willing to work hard FOR and WITH you, pick Austin. He's truly top notch.
