Very responsive and very personable, very knowledgeable. The real world, understanding of the age of the house and the present condition, and was able to price it. According to its current state, this was a great asset to the sale of the house.

Found a house advertised on Marketplace that I loved that Austin had listed. Contacted him and he kindly answered my numerous questions and accommodated all our viewing requests. He offered assistance with selling our former property with realtor recommendations in Calgary. Any concerns we had he addressed with the seller of the property in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend him to others!
