Austin was never late to a showing, he was always at least 15 minutes early and came ready with the property listing printed out and the lock boxes already figured out. Very seamless experience when viewing properties with Austin. He gives the buyer time and space in the property but will also point out features you may not have noticed. Once our offer was accepted and we went conditional, Austin helped me do some condo doc review and gave his professional opinion which helped a lot. His emails were always professional and easy to understand the next steps to take to advance the buying process. Great experience buying with Austin, I would recommend any buyer or seller to use him!
