Audrey is the best agent in the city! We recently sold our house and Audrey went above throughout the entire process - she coordinated a full gut reno of our basement (in 3 weeks!) and beautifully staged the house to make sure it was looking its best. Our house was on the market for only six days before it sold for more than we ever thought possible. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone!

Audrey has been my agent for more than 10 years. She has helped us with 4 properties. She's the best in the business.

Working with Audrey Azad was a terrible experience. Extremely unprofessional and unethical behaviour. 7 hours (!) prior to offer deadline, Audrey informed us that within the last 24 hours she was contacted by another client wishing to put a competing offer to ours on the same house (a house which we had been viewing and discussing price and offer strategy on for over a week), and had decided to represent them instead of us. In addition, she suggested that her HUSBAND represent us on offer night instead. This was the first house we were considering purchasing and Audrey made this experience very unenjoyable for us. We believe she attempted to enter us into her conflict of interest by putting in competing bids with her client and us, knowingly, after we told her what our strategy and offer price would be.
