Ashu was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful when it came to purchasing my condo. He even went as far as helping me find a lawyer to review condo docs and complete the closing of my condo. He also helped me find an electrician and property manager. Talk about going above and beyond! He is very genuine and cares about his clients. He is a professional in every aspect of the real estate business and an excellent communicator. He would respond quickly if i sent him a text message or called him. Top notch customer service! We are in the process of building our first home and Ashu helped (and is still helping) us tremendously. When we first met, we weren’t even sure if we wanted to build or buy a spec home. The community we thought we liked turned out to be no so great for us as well. Ashu has been patient with us and provided professional suggestions when asked. He is passionate about what he does and is always available and super responsive. Looking forward to working with him for the remainder of our journey!

He is very good in communication, the most amazing thing i liked about him is when he keeps all the communication straightforward, no false promises! we had issue with builder but Ashwinder took care off everything and we got all the things what we wanted.
