Her follow up is exceptional and Luke other realtors I have dealt with in the past, she does not forget your name once the ink dries on the sales contract!!!

As a first time home buyer Ashley was very helpful in helping me through the process. She was able to meet with us on very short notice. Ashley understood that I didn't want to make a hasty decision and respected that. I never felt pushed to make a decision but was informed that things were moving quickly. It was apparent by the way she worked that Ashley is a professional.

I was selling a condo in a market I had not lived in for twenty years. I was totally reliant on Ashley to help me understand what was happening in the market and the valuation range of the condo I was selling. I was prepared to take a lower value in order to have a speedy sale and avoid the future carry costs of the unit. Ashley provided a complete overview of the condo market including sales for the past couple of years and current comparable condos for sale. She also had some very specific thoughts on price. She then sold the condo and negotiated a price that was higher than I expected to achieve. What more can one ask of their agent. She closed the sale at a price higher than I expected. Throughout the process Ashley was very professional as she went about her business. She was also available and responsive to questions. Finally, she continued to follow up to ensure everything that needed to be done was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Ashley to anyone in Regina with real estate to sell. You will get an honest effort by a qualified professional.

I was looking for the superior rate of service that I received from my agent in Saskatoon and Ashley delivered! I wanted an agent who communicated directly and regularly with me while I was looking for a house, especially since I was living in Saskatoon and looking to buy in Regina. Ashley was fantastic and really took the time to talk to me and understand what I was looking for in a property. On top of exceptional communication skills, Ashley offers a wealth of knowledge that really helped me when considering various properties. Not only is Ashley very knowledgeable about property value and market trend in Regina neighbourhoods, she knows a LOT about foundations, structural issues, renovation options...really everything you need to consider when purchasing an existing property. I was really impressed with the level of her knowledge. I was also impressed when Ashley would come back to me having looked into something we had talked about previously and provide further information on what might be possible (re: renovation to a property, for instance). She really is dedicated to doing the best for her clients!! In the purchase negotiation, Ashley spent considerable time working with the other agent...time I was not even aware of as Ashley just dealt with all of it calmly while sharing the right amount of information with me to keep me in the loop. If there was stress in this transaction, Ashley took it on, not me! That is really amazing, because we all know buying a house is stressful! After purchase, Ashley happily returned to the property when I needed measurements, etc and facilitated communication between me and the seller when necessary. When I asked for contractor names for a few small repairs that I needed to take care of, Ashley took the time to find names of people she either had used herself or that came recommended from people she trusts. That made me feel very confident calling these contractors to get the work done! All in all, I can't say enough positive things about my experience working with Ashley. I would absolutely work with her again. Her service is so good that my agent in Saskatoon is keeping her name on file to provide to clients who are moving to Regina. If you want a full service, super knowledgeable, friendly, and fun agent who gets the job done with little stress for you...Ashley is the agent for you!
