Ashley was incredibly helpful in helping us to purchase our first home. She worked with us to find something we loved and was willing to answer any questions that I had regarding buying our house. She worked hard to get us into our home and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and supported in making this big purchase!

Ashley was highly recommended to us by a close friend and respected real estate agent, and she did not disappoint! Being 6 hours away from the city we were purchasing a home in made things a bit more difficult to say the least. This did not stop Ashely from keeping us informed and advised throughout the process. Upon finally meeting Ashely face to face, it was like seeing an old friend. She is not only professional and prepared, but is kind, warm and incredibly personable. Ashleys ability to immediately understand her buyers wants and needs made us feel so comfortable. This being a government relocation, timelines were incredibly tight, and Ashley did not miss a beat. We felt supported and confident in her ability to find us the right home, even with very specific expectations and very little time. After she found us the perfect fit, Ashely has gone above and beyond to make certain every detail is considered, ensuring the smoothest possible transition. We could not be more pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Regina area!!!

Ashley Oddo was great! I first contacted her in 2022 when I first thought about moving and she provided a fantastic, comprehensive plan and advise. I ended up staying in my home, reaching out to hear a year later to discuss selling again. She was right there, engaged and helpful. Plans changed again as I got really sick and she was incredibly supportive and understanding. When I was finally up to sell the house in December of 2023, she was really understanding about the last year, she was supportive, she provided fair and balanced comments, much better than other relators I had talked to about the property, and we had an offer almost immediately and for more than the other relators told me to expect to have for the house. Hands down I would recommend Ashley in a heartbeat and use her services again.
