I highly recommend Arun to anyone wanting to buy a condo in Toronto. He educated me on the process of buying a resale condos vs. pre-construction condos, explaining the pros, cons and risks in every scenario. He took the time to listen and understand my lifestyle and needs. Then; the search was narrowed down to just a few condo projects which Arun felt will fit my requirements well. The offer negotiation was a very pleasant surprise and I am very thrilled with my new home. If you want a Realtor who is professional, patient and not pushy, and someone who will go above and beyond what is expected of him, Arun is the one.
