Art is an exceptional realtor (and human) who very capably assisted us relocate to Saskatoon this summer. From beginning to end, he helped us source out a wonderful property in our chosen neighborhood that fit our unique needs while ensuring that it fell in our price range. Notably, he was able to carry this feat out in a sizzling hot market (within a market with multiple offers, still negotiations and securing time and a term to allow for an inspection). Last but not least, he is a farmer which our family really appreciated as we too come from a farming background. He not only helped us find housing, but helped our Mom find a suitable condo as well the year prior to our purchase. We consider him a family friend and have no hesitation in recommending him to all looking for a home in Saskatoon and the surrounding area!
