Arthur is very professional real estate agent that made my experience very smooth. During the Pandemic Covid-19, the condo is very hard to rent, but he very familiar the current market value. After I discussed with him for my property, he took a lot of action at once, included professional pictures, 3D video, cleaning room etc., he respected, communicated with me on time, and gave me good advices.
