I am delighted to share my personal experience while finding the apartment for rent. Lee is not just the person working as per his real estate journeys, it was more than that. He is always on time while booking a tour and I took the condo just within a week. I wanted to collaborate more with him in case I have a plan to buy any properties or refer my friends for renting. Appreciate to Remax and again, Lee is the rockstar and he should be recognized by his leadership as well.

Arthur was referred to me by my God brother in Canada. I arrived in Canada in July from India and he assisted me in June by conducting video tour showings. By the time I arrived in Canada, I was grateful for him to line up accommodation for me.

Recently found a job in Downtown Toronto, Arthur assisted in helping me sell my condo in Waterloo and purchase in Toronto. He has been very responsive day and night and can always be trusted!

I met Arthur through an open house and stayed connected for the next couple of months house searching together. Arthur has been diligently keeping me up to date with the pricing in the current market along with introducing me to his residential mortgage broker. He's been a very helpful along the way and I would 100% recommend him to my friends and family.
