The best attribute that Art has is his analysis of the market & can predict the best timing to buy & sell! He a fantastic problem solver & exhibits professionalism throughout the buying & selling process. His negotiation skills are second to none as it was proven when we got top dollar for our sale but got the best price for our new purchase. Both my Son's have purchased condos with Art's services too.
