We met Arshan by chance when we did a weekend trip to check out Osoyoos. We were looking to possibly invest and wanted to drive around the area. He was having an open house so we stopped and just checked it out. He was so accommodating and kind to our young kids. He was the perfect mix of knowledgeable without being pushy. It was great. From that first meeting we asked him to look into places for us to purchase. He went to at least 3 different houses to record video and take pictures for us because we could not see it in person. He was thorough and knew exactly what would be a concern for us and what would be prioritized when looking at homes. We did not end up buying in Osoyoos as we couldn't find the one right for us but we did find a property in Vancouver that we liked. We trusted him and knew he would steer us in the right so we asked him to work with us on this property even though he was all the way in the Okanagan. Our trust in him paid off because our offer got accepted very quickly. We listened to him when he recommended a higher offer because our number was too low. We knew it wasn't just about the commission. We needed to secure the property without the risk of a bidding war while still getting an excellent deal. He was correct. His number offer was spot on. There was no back and forth. We close the same weekend we put in the offer. It was a pleasure to work with him. And we would definitely work with him again for any future real estate transactions.
