Arminy was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. She was very prompt in responding to my MANY questions as she assisted with all the different requirements of purchasing a condo. I was only able to meet with her at the first showing but she handled all documentation required to satisfy my lawyer and financial instutition on time for a no issue closing. Highly reccomend Arminy for anyone looking to purchase a home in the Leduc area.
