We had a good idea of what we were looking for when we began our search for the perfect house - Ariel began our process by sending us very specific listings according to our requests. As our needs began to shift during our search for the perfect home, Ariel kept right up with us and kept sending us interesting listings. He never pushed an 'easy' sale; rather, he worked tirelessly to ensure that we were looking at the right house for our needs. When the time came to actually see the houses, he was able to arrange for us to get into every house that we wanted to, as well as getting us to see a couple that were outside of our price range for comparators. Ariel made sure that he was available for us when it was convenient for us (I work out of town and travel weekly, so that was very much appreciated) Additionally, every one of the professionals that Ariel recommended, displayed the same level of professionalism and care that Ariel did. (For example, the mortgage broker (R. H.) the home inspector and the lawyer) Overall, I found Ariel to be a friendly, professional and competent Realtor. I personally recommend.
