This was my second time working with Ariel, I wouldn't use any other real estate agent in Calgary. Not only is Ariel an extremely skilled and efficient professional, he is also a really good person. He went above and beyond to help me and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. If you want an agent who is honest, has excellent city-wide knowledge, and is an exceptional negotiator, Ariel is your guy.

Ariel works very quickly and he did get what we ask for and we will always seek him out in out when the next buy or sell comes up hopefully soon

Totally satisfied for the second time around. We closed another deal with Ariel as an investment property this time. It was only a matter of 5 months apart from one property to the other. He never fails to deliver what we need and wants. We got a full detailed orientation on what to expect and the return that we want to accomplish. In 2 days we got the deal. Highly recommended for delivering a knowledgeable in depth market analysis, intelligent but compassionate and willing to listen, very thorough and diligent on what he does.
