The first thing anyone needs to know about Ariana is that she is, hands down, the crème de la crème of all Victoria realtors. She evaluates properties honestly, presents homes in their best possible light, grabs buyers with her catchy listings, commits to hosting open houses, and fiercely negotiates and writes up contracts, leaving no detail forgotten. I truly feel blessed having had Ariana represent me multiple times, both as a purchaser and as a seller. As a local, Ariana is not only a wealth of information about the City of Victoria and its surrounding area, but she also has unlimited resources and contacts within it which her clients benefit from. Ariana is the type of realtor who at all times remains calm, is accessible and responsive to her clients, is positive and encouraging even when things look bleak, she can think outside the box and come up with creative solutions when obstacles are put in the way, and Ariana rises to meet any challenge head on all the while exhibiting unlimited patience, kindness and support for her clients throughout. Don’t let Ariana’s gentle relaxed nature fool you. When the time is right, Ariana isn’t afraid to negotiate aggressively, but respectfully, with the other side to achieve the most she can for her clients. In fact, on my last home purchase due to Ariana’s own initiative and hard work, she saved me an extra $45,000 off the agreed purchase price. That was incredible as the property was already listed as one of the lowest priced homes in the City!!!! All I can say is that having Ariana represent me in a real estate transaction is like winning a lottery; she is truly a gift that keeps on giving! In my opinion there is no one better on Vancouver Island who genuinely cares about their clients and getting them the best possible real estate deal. Ariana is five stars all the way!!!!!!

A chance meeting in the fall of 2020, we met Ariana at an open house in our neighbourhood. Little did we know that this was going to result in a 1.5 year ongoing relationship involving the purchase of our new home as well as selling of our existing home. As this was a new build, she provided excellent advice on how to prepare and stage our existing home for sale later in the year.
